Delivery & Returns
We delivery to all locations within Australia via Australia Post. Unfortunately we do not offer International shipping at this time.
Please allow one week for your order to be packed. Producer Keeshia and Laura are hand packing every single one of your jumpers - it's a labour of love and well, ya'all know we love LOVE here. Items will be sent by standard Australia post. Please make sure your letterbox is secure and safe. Standard shipping in Australia can take longer than usual at the moment due to that b*tch Covid, but we will do everything our end to get your spiffy merch to you as quickly as possible. If in the very unlikely event an order goes missing due to standard post we will lodge a formal enquiry with Australia post. Once we have received notification that the parcel is in fact lost we will then ship a replacement parcel. This process can take a little bit of time, however unfortunately we can't ship a replacement piece or issue a refund until the parcel has been deemed missing.
iAll sales are final and we do not allow for change of mind refunds or exchanges. If your item is faulty we can offer a replacement if one is available or refund.
